Junior Accountant
Working closely with our finance and accounting team your main responsibilities will be:
Day to day accounting
- Account payable (AP) and asset management : entries using Spendesk, creation of suppliers in our accounting software, reconciliation of supplier entries (payment vs invoices)
- Treasury management : payment generation from Spendesk, cash reconciliation
- Account receivable (AR) management : invoicing, AR reconciliation
- General accounting : invoices and cut off management, accruals follow up, fixed asset amortization, intercompany reconciliation
Accounting within our ERP (Netsuite)
- Account payable (AP) management : import entries to Netsuite, follow automation in case of changes within Spendesk
- Treasury management: payment generation from Spendesk, import bank statements to generate entries into Netsuite
- Account receivable (AR) management
- General accounting : invoices and cut off management, accruals entries, fixed asset amortization entries, intercompany reconciliation
Become a Spendesk expert and give feedback about the tool
- Become a Spendesk super user
- Participate to all new features testing meetings
- Suggest ideas for improvement
- Keep track of bugs to share with the team
- Be an advisor for all department regarding accounting topics
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have previous experiences in accounting positions (internships or full time position up to 2 years of AP accounting position) with an accounting degree or specialization in accounting

- You are eager to grow and curiosity is one of your main qualities
- You have great communication skills
- You are organized, autonomous and agile, change does not scare you
- You are fluent in English and want to work in an international environment
