FP&A Analyst
As part of the FP&A team, you will have the opportunity to support the finance department and hold a key position within the company by managing reporting, budgeting and controlling processes.
Key Responsibilities
Play a Key Role in Financial Closing & Reporting
- Collaborate with the accounting team to contribute to robust and consistent monthly financial reporting
- Get hands-on experience preparing monthly financial packages shared with executive leadership and shareholders
- Take part in initiatives to improve reporting processes (such as fast close, automation, and deeper analyses)
- Assist in reconciling accounting and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
- Support the analysis of company performance, helping teams identify and prioritize key business drivers
Drive Impact in Budgeting & Forecasting
- Participate in the tracking and coordination of the budget planning process and timelines
- Help ensure that all stakeholders have timely access to business-critical data
- Contribute to the communication and presentation of results, both internally and externally
- Work directly with business teams and country managers to support the creation and iteration of budgets and forecasts
Grow as a Trusted Financial Business Partner
- Support gap analysis versus budgets and reforecasts, and help build actionable recommendations for leadership
- Partner on ad-hoc strategic analysis projects with executives, gaining exposure to high-impact decisions
- Help maintain and update the financial analytical structure, ensuring it supports business needs
What we're looking for
Skills
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, with a structured approach and strong attention to detail.
- Effective collaborator who enjoys working with product and commercial teams—and is eager to be a “first customer” for finance tools and solutions.
- First successful experience in FP&A ,RevOps, Pricing, or Big4 audit/TS with a demonstrated ability to contribute to both operational processes and key projects (such as pricing & packaging initiatives).
- Familiarity with modern FP&A tools (experience with Pigment or similar platforms is a strong plus).
Strategic Vision
- Ability to support long-term financial planning, scenario modeling
- Understanding of how financial strategy aligns with company vision, and a willingness to partner with business leaders on high-impact initiatives.
- Business-oriented mindset—viewing finance as a driver, not just a support function.
Drive and Ownership
- Proactive, hands-on approach, comfortable diving into details and taking initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Enthusiasm for cross-functional work, especially with Strategy, RevOps, PeopleOps, to maximize business outcomes.
Analytical and Structured Thinking
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to break down complex issues and synthesize clear, actionable recommendations.
- Data-driven mindset, with an interest in reporting automation and best practice analytics.
Communication Skills
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to a variety of audiences—from board-ready presentations to operational deep-dives.
- Comfortable building relationships and influencing stakeholders across different functions and levels.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
Hands-on & Problem-solving Mindset
- Entrepreneurial spirit, keen to pilot new tools (including our own SP&A solutions) and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented, able to tackle challenges creatively and independently.
Autonomy and Stakeholder Alignment
- Highly organized and self-driven, with a talent for managing multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
Background
- 2–4+ years’ experience in FP&A, Pricing, or Project Management in a fast-paced environment (SaaS or FinTech is a plus). We also welcome candidates with experience in Transaction Services (TS) at a Big 4 firm or as an analyst in a private equity or venture capital fund.
- Strong academic background; bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
