Product Operations Manager
As Product Operations Manager, you will be a critical enabler for our Product, Design, and Engineering (PDE) teams. You’ll create clarity, consistency, and velocity across product development processes, helping teams operate efficiently and deliver high-impact outcomes.
You will partner closely with product leaders, data analysts, customer-facing teams, and senior stakeholders to build the connective tissue between product strategy, execution, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Operational
- ExcellenceDefine and evolve product development workflows, rituals, and operating cadences (e.g. planning, roadmap reviews, retros). Create transparency into how we build products by maintaining frameworks, templates, and shared documentation.
- Monitor and improve product lifecycle processes, from discovery to launch.
- Support Product Analytics & Decision-Making
- Partner with Data & Product teams to define, implement, and socialize key product health metrics.
- Help democratize data access by ensuring product teams have the tools, dashboards, and insights to make informed decisions.
- Support post-launch reviews with performance analysis and lessons learned.
- Drive Cross-Functional Communication
- Serve as a bridge between Product, GTM (Go-to-Market), Support, and Success teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
- Own the product launch operations checklist and ensure GTM teams have the resources they need to succeed.
- Help product teams communicate roadmaps and outcomes to internal and external audiences.
- Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement
- Identify friction points in team collaboration or delivery, and propose solutions.
- Enable retrospectives and implement feedback loops for ongoing process improvement
- Support the VP of Product and Group PMs in OKR tracking, quarterly planning, and team engagement rituals.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar operations role in a tech or fintech company.
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to synthesize complex information and engage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Notion, Jira, Looker, and product lifecycle tooling (e.g., Productboard, LaunchDarkly, Amplitude).
- Highly structured thinker with a bias toward action, ownership, and results.A love for systems and making things run smoother, faster, and with more clarity.
- Bonus: familiarity with European fintech, regulatory environments, AI tooling, or spend management platforms.
