Customer Success Ops - Intern
We’re hiring a Customer Success Operations Intern with a strong customer‑facing focus. Reporting to a Senior Revenue Operations Manager (customer experience), you’ll spend most of your time speaking directly with our self‑serve customers to understand their needs, uncover drivers of churn, and coach them toward successful adoption. This role is ideal if you love talking to users, asking great questions, and turning conversations into concrete actions that reduce churn and boost adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Talk to customers, every day: conduct exit/churn interviews to pinpoint reasons for churn, downgrade, or inactivity. Host short onboarding and product‑coaching sessions to accelerate time‑to‑value. Handle light troubleshooting and direct complex issues to Support with clear context. Document conversations crisply in the CRM with consistent tagging and next steps.
- Mitigate churn and drive adoption: identify obstacles, propose solutions, and follow through. Encourage adoption of “aha” features with personalised guidance and resources. Launch experiments on talking points, timing, and channels; measure impact.
- Turn voice of customer into action: Summarise insights from calls each week; highlight top churn drivers and friction points. Partner with Senior RevOps, CS, and Product to prioritize fixes and experiments.
What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program (Business, Communications, Ops, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Curious and structured: you ask smart questions and capture clean notes.
- Based in Paris (5 days a week in-office).
- Have a test‑and‑learn mindset; you measure, iterate, and share learnings.
