Content & AI Lead
About the Role
We're looking for a technical Organic AI Content Lead to oversee the scaling of our content production. This role is accountable for driving organic and direct traffic performance, with a primary focus on optimising for SEO & LLM visibility through website, social media, and video production strategy.
This is for you if you’re someone with a creative eye for storytelling, combined with a technical understanding of how audiences discover content through AI assistants and search engines. A person who can juggle the multiple content streams and the high output needed to build a strong organic presence in the AI age and guide workflows to speed up content generation and optimisation.
We also work across multiple markets (France, UK, Germany, Spain), so understanding how that shapes successful content is essential (knowledge of French/German/Spanish would also be a welcome bonus).
We know these are big responsibilities in an ever changing search landscape, but you’ll be supported to produce your absolute best work by our content production agency, internal content managers, and senior graphic designer. We’ve also invested in our team’s tech, so that you’ll have the best tools on the market to track visibility and increase productivity (AirOps or GrowthX). Creativity, an engineering mindset, and project management skills are what will help you thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities
LLM Visibility through AI Optimisation (Primary Focus)
- Own and drive strategy for maximising visibility in AI-powered search (multi-format content production & optimisation)
- Monitor brand presence and accuracy in AI assistant responses
- Track and report on LLM visibility metrics and citation rates
- SEO strategy
- monitor keyword ranking and build a strategy for keyword optimisation at scale
Content Production & Operations Management
- Manage external content production agency: brief, review, and ensure quality and performance for LLM visibility
- Lead and develop internal content managers to deliver high-quality, keyword optimised content
- Liaise with a senior graphic designer for visual asset production
- Video editing skills in AI tools like Descript, Synthesia, or equivalent
- Build scalable content workflows and production systems
- Balance content velocity with quality and performance requirements
- Lead creative visual strategies that captures audience attention and drive engagement
- Identify visual trends and creative formats that resonate with target audiences
- Build social presence that drives brand awareness and direct traffic Performance & Growth
Accountability
- Own organic traffic growth targets and performance KPIs
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise content performance across website and social media
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and audience insights Required Skills & Experience LLM & AI Optimisation
- Deep understanding and experience of Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) principles
- Knowledge of how LLMs process, cite, and surface content
- Understanding of traditional SEO with focus on modern AI search landscape Performance & Analytics
- Data-driven approach with proven track record of hitting organic growth targets
- Experience with analytics platforms and bonus points if they’re LLM visibility ones (Profound, PeecAI, AirOps, or equivalent)
- Experience with content analytics and demand gen metrics: conversion rates, pipeline contribution, MQLs, etc.
- Ability to translate performance data into creative and strategic decisions
- Strong understanding of content funnel metrics and conversion optimisation
Creative Visual Leadership
- Strong visual creative instinct: Natural eye for what catches attention and drives engagement - Proven ability to direct visual content that performs (graphics, video, multimedia

Preferred Qualifications
- French/German/Spanish (spoken and written) - highly desirable
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or technical product marketing
- Experience with video production and editing
- Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and optimisation
