Operating in an environment that is:
International
Extremely fast-paced
Occasionally unpredictable

Being autonomous and proactive without over-escalating
Building smooth and effective working relationships with highly exposed executives
Seamlessly switching between high-stakes executive support and strategic communications work
Translating complex strategic discussions into clear, engaging narratives that resonate across all levels of the organization
Continuously leveraging AI and automation to increase impact and proactivity
Ideal profile
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys making tough calls, saying no when needed, and operating as a trusted extension of the CEO. You're equally energized by managing a board schedule and crafting the narrative for a company Town Hall. You thrive on being at the center of strategic decision-making and have a natural talent for distilling complexity into clarity.
You bring a “Chief of Staff “mindset: business-driven, with a strong ability to understand strategy and articulate engaging messages. But you're also completely comfortable with the concierge, administrative, and operational aspects of being an EA. You don't think any task is beneath you, and you take pride in going the extra mile.
You're a people person with exceptional EQ: Sunny, energetic, and always smiling, you bring positive energy to the floor. You have an acute sense of service, accessibility, and care. You naturally sense when someone needs attention or when a situation requires a softer touch. You're the CEO's internal PR, complementing and rounding edges where needed.
You're an AI enthusiast: Constantly testing and developing AI agents to help you do more, be more proactive, and create more impact. You see technology as a force multiplier and are excited to push the boundaries of what an EA can achieve.
