Talent Acquisition Specialist – Go-To-Market
As we are transforming our ways of working and rebuilding our People Team, we are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Go-To-Market roles. As a critical member of the People team, you'll own the end-to-end recruitment process for our commercial and revenue-facing roles: Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and beyond. You'll partner closely with our Sales and Revenue leaders, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire exceptional GTM talent who thrive in our fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in shaping our employer brand within the commercial talent market, helping to scale Spendesk as we grow across Europe and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle GTM Recruitment: Drive recruitment for our Go-To-Market roles (AE, AM, CSM, Sales Ops, etc.), managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding processes with strong autonomy.
Stakeholder Partnership: Guide and advise Sales and Revenue hiring managers, developing tailored hiring strategies while promoting best practices and diversity hiring.
Proactive Sourcing: Build and maintain pipelines of qualified commercial talent through active headhunting, leveraging your knowledge of the tech/SaaS talent market.
Candidate Experience: Champion a positive, authentic, and inclusive candidate journey, from first contact to onboarding.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with the People and Marketing teams to position Spendesk as an employer of choice for top commercial talent.
Process Optimization: Implement and improve efficient recruitment processes, leveraging data and feedback to drive efficiency and quality.
Market Intelligence: Stay on top of talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity in the GTM space, sharing insights with the team and leadership.
DE&I Initiatives: Actively contribute to our diversity, equity & inclusion efforts, ensuring an equitable recruitment process for all candidates.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven expertise hiring GTM/Sales profiles (AE, AM, CSM) ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of B2B commercial roles, sales cycles, and what makes a great GTM hire.
Sourcing Skills: Proficient with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and able to build strong pipelines on competitive profiles.
Business Partner: Experience working directly with Sales and Revenue leaders, advising on best practices and building trust.
Ownership: Proven ability to manage multiple searches at once, with strong project management and prioritization skills.
Candidate Champion: Obsessed with delivering a great candidate experience and representing the Spendesk brand.
Growth Mindset: Curious, solutions-oriented, and always looking to improve and innovate.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
Team Player: Collaborative, positive, and eager to contribute to a supportive team environment.
